Why not just go back on that profile to play ME2 and ME3 and import your save file You'll miss out on having your choices carry over, as you get updates on a lot of decisions you made throughout ME1. If save files are stored on a different device, it is recommended to transfer the file using the same methods as for Mass Effect 1, for more detail check the Mass Effect Trasnfer File Guide for different methods for each platform to transfer. I don't know how PS3 save files work, but I would think the save would only be available on the profile that originally played the game.
